Notodden (Norway) is the host for Light Design Workshop that is set to start at the end of January. The theme for the workshop is synergy between ice, snow, architecture and light and is a product of collaboration between Notodden Municipality and PLDA (Professional Lighting Designers Association). The achievements of the participants will be on display the better part of February, starting with the beginning of International Light Conference on January 30th 2009.
