LightAct Systems sent us a couple of nice photos and a case study video of an interactive lighting for a small gallery called Galerizi.

It is a small outdoor space in central part of Ljubljana in Slovenia dedicated to exhibitions of photography.

The artworks are exhibited on a rectangular feature mounted on the wall approximately 6m in length.

The artworks are translucent and are hidden behind a dark glass.

They only appear when you step in front of them, thus allowing the visitors to (re)create an exhibition space with every step they make.

The gallery is visible from afar as well. LightAct therefore decided to create a random dynamic pattern which becomes active when there in no one in the gallery for some time.

This dynamic life-like moving pattern of lit artworks attracts visitors to step inside the gallery.
