The pavilion appears to hold the gold light within its form, elevating the approach, and creating a comfortable mood for interaction with the structure. The structure is internally lit by shallow recessed LED uplights lighting both the vertical rod structure and the canopy.

Working closely with luminaire designers David Morgan Associates, the custom square ground recessed uplight was created to integrate perfectly with the granite paving layout and complementing the Pavilion’s finish. Combining white LED sources and tailored lenses, with colour filters and glare protection, the final installation has a crisp yet comfortable appearance from both afar and from within the structure.
