The MEDIA FACADES FESTIVAL BERLIN 2008 is an innovative project, engaging a wide range of stakeholders with distinctive interests in the public space. Through round tables, a workshop, panel sessions, lectures, urban screenings on media facades and an architecture exhibition the event will promote a multi-disciplinary action research approach to technology, architecture and media art in modern cities.
The venue for the conference is German Architecture Center (DAZ) in Berlin. You can find out more about the conference and the accompanying events at the website of the festival.

23 buildings in Central Business District in Singapore submitted the lighting proposals to the municipality.
Over the next couple of years a new nocturnal skyline will arise in CBD of Singapore.
As the Straits Times reports the re-design of the nighttime lightscapes is part of creating night-buzz for the distinctive city.
